Our Leadership
GreenieRE CEO Jeff McAulay is an entrepreneurial leader with a technical background in distributed energy systems, software product management, and technology development. Jeff has previously held leadership positions at Energetic Capital, ADL Ventures, and EnerNOC.
Amy Antczak brings nearly two decades of experience working in the legal and insurance industries to her role as Chief Operating Officer for GreenieRE. In her previous leadership positions at Energetic Capital, CNA, and AIG, Amy leveraged her law degree to manage complex financial lines claims, professional liability cases, and corporate litigation.
GreenieRE Chief Underwriting Officer Michael Scholl has 30+ years' experience in the specialty program segment, having held positions at Everspan Group, AXA XL, and United Casualty and Surety Insurance Company. A credentialed actuary and member of the CAS and AAA, Michael has worked for MGAs as well as carriers, with a focus on program analysis, negotiation, and optimization.
GreenieRE VP of Business Development Adam Demos is an accomplished entrepreneur and business development executive with deep experience in the insurance technology sector. A Harvard University graduate, Adam is the former CEO and co-founder of TowerIQ, a market-neutral communication platform that modernized commercial insurance workflows.
Our Board
Christopher Lowell is an insurance innovator focused on bringing new risk management products to market. Currently, he helps to run InnSure, a non-profit innovation hub catalyzing novel insurance solutions that address climate change risk. Chris holds a BA in Applied Mathematics: Economics from Harvard University, a MS in Finance from Northeastern University, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
John (Jay) is a seasoned insurance professional with over 40 years of experience. He led RenaissanceRE Ventures as President from 1995-2010, and then assumed the role of Axis Reinsurance CEO until 2017. Jay has served on the Board of Directors of numerous insurance companies, including Protective Insurance, National General Insurance, and Hippo Insurance. Jay holds a BS from Babson College and a CSCPA/AICPA license.
Chelsea is a certified public accountant with diverse experience spanning not-for-profits, education, and captive insurance. She joined Marsh, the world's largest captive manager, in 2021 and currently contributes her expertise in accounting and audit services. Chelsea holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bard College.
Greg Randolph is a Senior Advisor at the Coalition for Green Capital and brings nearly 40 years of project finance experience. Prior to joining CGC, Greg was a Managing Director and head of Investment & Portfolio Management at the NY Green Bank for 4.5 years. Earlier in his career, he held senior investment banking roles at Greenhill & Company and Goldman Sachs. Greg holds an Economics degree from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.
